REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, ensuring that you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to request a return. A flat £5 charge is applied from your refund total to cover return shipping costs per item. Your shipping cost is non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing.

If your return is allowed, we will request that you return the products to the address mentioned in the return approval email. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems:
In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Exclusions and non-refundable products:
Items that are perishable (like food, flowers, or plants), customised (like special orders or personalised items), or personal care (like beauty products) cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for gases, flammable liquids, or hazardous goods.

If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us. Gift cards are unfortunately not returnable.

Electronic Items:
If the safety seals on an electronic device's manufacturer box are opened, the item cannot be returned. Unfortunately, once opened, electronic items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange since we want to make sure that everything is brand new. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us.

Exchanges:
Returning the item you have and then making a new purchase for the desired item when the return is accepted is the quickest approach to be sure you get what you want. Please feel free to contact us for further information. Return requests can also be used to conduct exchanges.

Refunds:
As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.

Cancellations:
Any order cancellations will result in a 5% reduction in order to cover any purchase-related payment processing fees.
